Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 7 days. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item (excluding postage) if returned in its original condition.
If the item or items are damaged or as a result of an error on our part we will also refund postage in full. If the item is damaged on arrival, we ask that you send us a photograph of the damage before returning it to us.
You have the right to change your mind on any non-personalised products in which case you must notify us within 14 days and return the products in the same condition as you received them.
